The boutique village at Polo For Heart is a popular attraction for our guests. Located at the entrance to the exclusive Polo Pavilion, it is easily accessible to guests and sponsors during the event. Spaces are limited, and fill up quickly, so please contact us to reserve your vendor space at Polo For Heart. $300 per space for all 3 days!

NEW FOR 2024 - SUNDAY VENDOR SPACES

We are offering vendor space on Sunday June 23 for the general public picnic day (500 guests) on the North Field. Spaces are $50 for Sunday only - you supply your own vendor booth and pop up tent. If you are a Thursday/ Saturday vendor and do not want to come on Sunday then please let us know and you will receive a $50 refund.

Details

Vendor space is $300. Vendor space includes one 8' table with linen in the Vendor tent. A 24 hour security guard will be on the premises during the event, however Polo For Heart is not responsible for any damage or theft of vendor product.
