Volunteer at Polo For Heart

Imagine the thrill of being part of a world-class polo event, surrounded by passionate people, all while making a difference in the fight against heart disease. 

As a Polo for Heart volunteer, you'll play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our guests and supporting a cause that touches countless lives.

As a thank you for your dedication, you'll receive a Polo for Heart Volunteer T-shirt, a light meal, and complimentary water throughout the day. But most importantly, you'll join a vibrant community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

We are looking for reliable, friendly Volunteers to work in the following areas:

•  Reception and Greeting - greeting guests, taking tickets, and showing them to their tables

• Gate and Parking - greeting cars arriving at the event and directing them to the valet 

• Silent Auction - providing assistance to guests at the silent auction

• Merchandise Sales - selling Polo for Heart merchandise 

• On-site Fundraising - various activities such as collecting donations, and selling "split the pot" tickets

 Volunteer shifts are on the following days and times:

•  Thursday, July 10, 2025 - 5pm - 11pm

• Saturday, July 12, 2025 - 11am - 5pm 

• Sunday, July 13, 2025 - 1pm - 7pm
