VENDOR SPACES are now available for Saturday July 12 and Sunday July 13, 2025 .

The boutique village at Polo For Heart is a popular attraction for our guests. Field spaces are limited, and fill up quickly, so please contact us to reserve your vendor spot at Polo For Heart.

$150 per 10’ x 10’ field space for both days.

Vendors are required to supply their own booth and tent.

Polo For Heart is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items during the event. Security is the responsibility of the vendor.

In the event of rain on Saturday July 12 the event day will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued for vendor spots, your payment will be considered a donation and a tax receipt will be issued.

In the event of rain on Sunday July 13 the event will move to the outdoor arena and Polo Pavilion tent. This will include a covered space for vendors.

Vendor field space is $150 for July 12 & 13. In the event of a rainout refunds will not be issued, your payment will be considered a donation and a tax receipt will be issued. Vendors are required to supply their own booth and tent. A 24 hour security guard will be on the premises overnight (July 12 to July 13) however Polo For Heart is not responsible for any damage or theft of vendor product.
